Security

Your business data is sensitive. Here is how Facturelle protects it.
Encrypted connection
All exchanges between your browser and Facturelle go through an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
Passwords and two-factor authentication
- Passwords are stored in irreversibly encrypted form: nobody, not even the Facturelle team, can read them.
- Two-factor authentication (one-time code on a phone, with backup codes) can be enabled, and made mandatory by the manager for their team.
- Attempts at entering the two-factor authentication code are limited.
Separation between companies
Each company only sees its own data. This separation is applied automatically every time data is accessed.
User permissions
The manager gives each user a role that limits what they can see and do, module by module (viewing, data entry, validation, administration), including access to purchase prices and margins.
Traceability
A tamper-proof audit log records logins and important operations. Each document keeps the history of its changes: who, when, what.
Backups
[Server backup frequency to be completed.] Each customer can download a complete backup of their data at any time, or export it to Excel.
