These terms govern the use of the Facturelle online service, available at app.facturelle.com. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Service provider
Facturelle — [company name, legal form, address, trade register (RC) and tax ID (NIF) to be completed]. Contact: support@facturelle.com.
The service
Facturelle is online sales management software: items, stock, quotes, invoices, payments and related modules. The functions available depend on the modules subscribed to.
Free trial
Each new company benefits from a free trial period whose length is shown at sign-up. When it ends, access to the modules is suspended until a subscription is taken out; your data is kept and remains exportable.
Subscription and payment
Current prices are displayed on facturelle.com. They depend on the modules chosen and the number of users. The subscription is payable [monthly or annually, terms to be completed]. If payment is not made, access may be suspended after the customer has been notified.
User obligations
- Keep login credentials confidential and report any unauthorised use.
- Enter accurate information, in particular the legal mentions shown on invoices.
- Use the service in accordance with the law, in particular Algerian tax and commercial regulations.
The user remains solely responsible for the content of their documents (invoices, prices, VAT rates applied) and their compliance.
Availability and backups
Facturelle takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability of the service and the backup of data. Interruptions may occur for maintenance; they are announced in advance whenever possible. Each customer can download a complete backup of their data at any time.
Data ownership
Data entered belongs to the customer. At the end of the subscription, the customer can export it; it is then deleted within the periods set out in the privacy policy.
Liability
Facturelle's liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount paid by the customer over the last twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of [city to be completed].
