Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data Facturelle processes, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with Law No. 18-07 of 10 June 2018 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.

Data controller

Facturelle — [company name, legal form, address, trade register (RC) and tax ID (NIF) to be completed]. Contact: support@facturelle.com.

Data processed

• Account: last name, first name, email address, phone number, username, password (stored in encrypted form, never readable).
• Company: company name, address, wilaya, tax identifiers (NIF, NIS, RC, tax article), bank details entered for invoices.
• Business data: items, customers, suppliers, sales and stock documents, payments, entered by you in the application.
• Security log: logins, IP address, important actions (validations, cancellations), kept for the security of the service.
• Website contact form: name, email, company, message.

Purposes

• Providing the sales management service and support.
• Securing accounts (login, two-factor authentication, audit log).
• Managing the subscription and billing of the service.
• Answering requests sent through the contact form.

Your data is neither sold nor rented, and is not used for advertising purposes.

Your customers' data

Your customer and supplier records are entered by you and belong to you. Facturelle hosts them on your behalf and does not use them for any other purpose. Each company only sees its own data.

Hosting and retention period

Data is hosted on a dedicated server [country and hosting provider to be completed]. It is kept for the duration of the subscription, then [period to be completed] after it ends, unless accounting records must legally be kept longer. You can export your data at any time (Excel or backup file) from the application.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to support@facturelle.com. You may also contact the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

Cookies

The commercial website does not use advertising cookies. The application only uses the cookies required for login and security (session, protection against request forgery).
